Use this chart as a quick reference for basic forms of address. If you have decided not to use an inner envelope then you will have to use common sense and creativity on the outer envelope. The examples below are only suggestions. Feel free to do whatever you want to suit your individual situation. For example, it is quite popular to use first names only on inner envelopes for a more casual feel.
